Bluefield Seeding Solutions Inc. is an ag-tech company founded in Canadas in 2018 to commercialize its new Press Wheels. In 2023 BSSi released its seed Sensing Technology (SST) to work in conjunction with the Press Wheels. This technology enables  potato farmers to improve seed placement and reduce inputs per plant. No other technology exists that gives potato farmers real-time feedback on seed placement and accuracy.
