ROPA expands its range of potato harvesters with the Keiler 2 DoubleSelect. This innovation boosts the machine's ability to separate clods and stones. To achieve this, the machine is equipped with an additional UFK separator featuring three rows of fingers on the second pintle belt, combined with a waste channel and a sorting platform on the left side of the machine along the third conveyor.

The height and working angle of this additional UFK separator are adjustable, as well as the independent speed of the different rows. Early separation of stones and clods from the product flow significantly reduces damage to the potatoes, allowing for a more delicate harvest of the potatoes. Each UFK can also be optionally equipped with rotating brushes (UBK).

The Keiler 2 DoubleSelect stands out due to its ability to increase harvesting speed or reduce the number of sorters required, thanks to its mechanical separation features.
