Polysense aims to reduce waste streams in food production companies. We achieve this by implementing AI and data processing algorithms, fully embedding them within the production process. Waste reduction occurs in two steps.

First, we fully automate in-line quality control. This involves measuring dimensions, color, defect quantity, defect types, and dry matter content of the product in the line. This ensures continuous, objective, and representative quality measurement.

The second step links these measurements to process parameters, allowing for further optimization. If no adjustments to the parameters are necessary, the results are visualized in a clear dashboard for further action. This step leads to significant waste reduction.
